Am I able to change the email address for my account?

Yes! As an administrator of your Culture App, you have “User Management” controls that enable you to make changes to all users, including yourself.

To change the email address associated with your account, access the log-in screen, and use your existing email address to enter your account.

 

  1. Once you have logged-in to your account, select the “User Management” link and locate your name listed among all users.

 

  1. Locate the “Edit” link next to your name. Follow the prompts indicating where to change your email address. Be sure to hit the “save” button before exiting the screen.

 

  1. Once you have changed your email address, you will be prompted via an email notification sent from CultureWorx to the new email address that you provided.

 

  1. Open the email and follow the prompts to confirm this change.

 

  1. For your security, you may be required to re-set your password.
