How do I create a support ticket?

Click on "Can't find what you're looking for?" link to be routed to Help Center support ticket form.

Go To the Help Center and click on "Can't find what you're looking for?" link to be routed to Help Center support ticket form.

Fill in the following fields of the support ticket form:

  • First Name
  • Last Name 
  • Company Name -  The name of the company you are currently working for
  • Email - The best email address to reach you 
  • Phone number(optional) - The best phone number to reach you 
  • Ticket name - The name of the issue you are having
  • Ticket Description - The description of the issue you are experiencing(if you could be as detailed as possible when filling this in)
  • Ticket Category:
    • Functionality - Any issue obstructing the functionality of the software
    • Accessibility - Any issue pertaining to the accessibility of our software
    • Feature Request - Any request for features that could potentially improve your experience with the software
    • Software Tutorials - If you need someone to walk you through how to use the software
    • Login Trouble - Any issues preventing you from logging into your account
    • Account Management - Any inquiries about making any changes to your account
    • Product Information - If you want more information on our product and what it does
    • Organization - If you want more information on our organization and what it does 
    • General Questions - Questions that would apply to all users of our software
    • Other - If  your issue doesn't classify under any of these categories
  • File Upload - Upload any documents or image that may assist with the understanding of the issue here
