Absolutely! As a System Administrator, you may change any of your company values, at any time within your Culture App. However, we recommend limiting these changes to once, every 2-3 months. This will ensure your leaders have optimal time to learn, practice, and refine how they engage and interact with members of your organization.
TIP: Frequent or abrupt changes to your core values within your Culture App often created confusion for users. Be sure to be proactive when planning to make a change within your Culture App and ensure you communicate with your team in advance to the change to minimize disruption of developmental progress.
